Arnold Amateur Bikini

Bodybuilding fans are well aware of Arnold Amateur men's bodybuilding champions Roelly Winklaar and Essa Obaid, who have both won IFBB pro contests in 2010. Fitness fans will soon learn the name Noemi Olah.

Like the more well-known Winklaar and Obaid, Olah has quickly gone from the Arnold Amateur stage to the IFBB winner's circle by taking the IFBB Detroit Pro Bikini in her pro debut in September 2010.

Olah, of Hungary, qualified for the Olympia with the victory, and is expected to challenge for the inaugural Bikini International title at the Arnold Classic in March.

The fifth-annual Arnold Amateur IFBB International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships will once again include amateurs from USA's NPC and IFBB and competitors from throughout Europe, Asia, and Canada.

U.S. competitors in men's bodybuilding, women's bodybuilding, fitness and figure must finish in the top five at an NPC national qualifying-sanctioned event to be eligible for the Arnold Amateur. No qualifications needed for classic bodybuilding and bikini. Get entry form at www.arnoldamateur.com.

Overall winners at the Arnold Amateur contest in men's bodybuilding, women's bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini divisions may petition their national federations for pro status in the IFBB Professional League.

Arnold Amateur winners who earn Pro cards will be invited to compete in a future Arnold Classic, Ms. International, Figure International, Fitness International or Bikini International.

Arnold Amateur winners also receive two tickets to the Arnold Classic bodybuilding finals on Saturday, March 5 and will be recognized on stage and be photographed with Arnold. ATHLETE NOTICE: THE IFBB HAS BANNED ALL TANS THAT CAN BE WIPED OFF. AN OFFICIAL WILL CHECK THE TAN OF ALL ATHLETES BACKSTAGE AND IF THE TAN COMES OFF BY SIMPLY WIPING, THE ATHLETE WILL BE TOLD TO REMOVE THE TAN BEFORE GOING ON STAGE.
